The athlete will understand that 'recovery' is just as important as 'warm-up'. Bringing the body back to balance after a workout or on an off day, just to have a lighter workout.

What We Do

Passive recovery includes massage, rolling on a foam roller, hot jacuzzi, etc.

All methods are used to relax the muscles after a strenuous workout.

Rest is necessary for an athlete's success.
