Strength Conditioning


To provide the tools that will increase strength and neuromuscular control this enhances the athletes’ ability to produce maximal strength with more confidence and physical awareness.

Why We Do It

To improve Functional strength, which is a continuum of exercises that teaches the athlete how to manage their own body weight in all planes of motion. If the purpose is to move, then becoming stronger while in motion is the goal.

What We Do

Through our pre-assessment testing IAATB will design and monitor systems that will identify and improve weak links in the kinetic chain. Therefore maximizing  performance with a lower risk of injuries.  IAATB uses a variety of tools to accomplish these goals.
